Monday, 12:15pm- meditation, 15 minutes to practice calming skills
Thurs, 12:00pm- qigong practice, move energy to calm and heal
Friday 12:15pm- meditation to practice calming skills… for a chill weekend. 

All in-person events are limited to 10 people with all participants wearing masks and maintaining healthy distance.   More info
