We are bringing our weekly events back… in safe, healthy space ways.

It was a goal since we opened downtown to have drop-in events, during lunch hour and after work. We hope to help to our community to practice calming and wellness as part of our daily routines.

So we’re announcing some Drop-in and chill out times. Times to stop by and enjoy a half hour practice in meditation with suni or qigong with Rich Plant. Classes will also be shared online. *

Tuesday- 5:15pm, meditation with suni
Thurs, 12:15pm, qigong with Rich Plant
Friday, 12:15pm, meditation with suni

Classes require no previous experience. Cost is by donation. We suggest $5r as you can.
Meditation, you’ll be seated on the floor. Bring your yoga mat and a cushion or borrow one of ours.

  • Classes will meet in person EXCEPT when Stark county is in Covid red level warning. During those times, we’ll offer online only.
